Reduce meat to 2/3rds, substitute mozzarella for cheese, substitute marinara for spaghetti sauce, add pepperoni. --- Substitute some enchilada sauce for the spaghetti but to taste, substitute mexican cheeses for the original cheese. Top with lettuce and tomato after baked. Wow.. what else? Fettucini cheese with spinach and substitute 1/2 hamburger with ground lamb. Omit sauces and spice middle eastern style. wow!

Jana Williamson I finished baking the sandwich bread and decided it is the one in the photo. It rose well, baked well and sliced perfectly. I am having it for breakfast it is quite yummy!!! Perfect size for sandwiches. I am just concerned about how long it will last, as there are just 2 of us here and I hate to waste it. Time will tell.
