Antennille Greenidge hi carissa!! i love your blog but i waS wondering..why do so many christian homeschool moms do so many monster stuff? im not judging..but i mean the word monster is not a nice thing..here where i live in the caribbean we know monsters to be evil creatures? ~ just a question..my conviction in that i wont be doing any monster stuff in my classroom..i just dont feel right about that and teaching them the ways of Christ at the same time..same thing for halloween..oh well..i guess im strange! lol..God bless..keep up the inspiring work
Katie Lofts Here in the USA Monsters are perceived as lovable, snuggly, furry creatures and not evil. Think of all the Sesame Street Characters. They are thoughtful, kind, honest, trustworthy and teach all of these things to little children. Perhaps it's a cultural difference and not necessarily a Christian issue.
