Note island which is half open with shelves. Decorative trim also (use pattern from bathroom vanity?) Top is wood and is different from other counters; base is red not white like other counters.

Cookbook bookshelf on island with massive, turned corner post legs. Love these legs and the way the skirting is done. Possible idea for revamping kitchen island.
