For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Must try this.

Now I make the entire weeks worth of lunch Sunday night and am set for the week. Heres how to do it…. -Use mason Jars….or another similar jar -Add your salad dressing first…..This is very important you dont want to let your dressing touch your greens at all! -Add all the veggies you want -Then add your greens to the top…..I prefer spinach but it works the same with all greens. Then at lunchtime shake and enjoy!

TIP FOR KEEPING BERRIES FROM GOING MOLDY!! When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider probably work best) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted I find you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria that might be on the surface of the fruit, and voila! Raspberries will last a week or more, a...

Great idea! The next time you have green onions, don't throw away the white ends. Simply submerge them in a glass of water and place them in a sunny window. Your onions will begin to grow almost immediately and can be harvested almost indefinitely. We just use kitchen scissors to cut what we need for meals. I periodically empty out the water, rinse the roots off and give them fresh water.

How to dehydrate pears: Peel, cut into 1/4-inch slices, or thinner than that using a spiral slicer/corer and pretreat. If you use a lot of lemon juice on them, they dry crispy and taste like sweet and sour candy --with no sugar! We love 'em. Dry 6-20 hours until leathery (for 1/4 slices, or crisp for thinner slices).

Julie Finn I JUST bought green onions yesterday specifically to try this out! I'm wondering if it wouldn't work better put in dirt in a little pot on the kitchen windowsill, though.
5 orange potatoes Good thought Julie, mine have been in the window for over a week now in water and they are growing like wild.
