I love this idea because I DO have glitter in my veins. Not sure what type of glue you used, looks like it is a lot like Aileens tacky glue which i think would peel off of metal. However, I have the idea to do these using metal glue (also found in the craft section) which is clear. This will adhere to the key better. I would also suggest not just any clear nail polish but one like Sally Hansons Hard as nails. (mainly because I know how well it protects my nails)
