This would be fabulous, especially if I could make it a bit taller. And not have grooves, grooves are known and footholds around here. Girls everyone of you could use this for o e reason or another. slide out/in dog doors... this is the greatest idea EVER... no more awful looking baby gates!!!

Christopher Hatten yes you can mix a bunch of floorplans together. They are called architects.
Brilliant!!! A laundry room next to the master bedroom. The hamper goes into the master closet, and folds out into the laundry room.

Ashley Hill Ohhh instead of having the utility room and sperate storage area that connects to the garage, I would love to have the garage, connecting to a huge mud room, complete with w& D, that connects to Mom and Dad's closet. My parent's house they built was like that and it was awesome.
