Weather: Fill the cup with water. Put shaving cream on top for a cloud. Explain that when clouds get really heavy with water, it rains! Then put blue food coloring on top of the cloud, and watch it rain.

A Fire Rainbow-The Rarest of All Naturally Occuring Atmospheric Phenomena. Taken in Idaho/Washington border,lasted about 1 hr. The clouds have to be cirrus at least 20K feet in the air, with just the right amount of ice crystals and the sun has to hit the clowds at precisley 50 degrees.Definately one of Gods wonders!

This is a rare meteorological phenomenon called a skypunch. When people see these, they think it's the end of the world. Ice crystals form above the high-altitude cirro-cumulo-stratus clouds, then fall downward, punching a hole in the cloud cover. #Meteorology #Weather #Clouds
