This one I keep around. Eastern Body Western Mind is way more than self-help. It's an inside look into the body and mind. Weaving the Jungian archetypes with the Chakra system, blending the eastern and western modalities for psychological, spiritual and integrative insight into who we are and who you may be.

The Wisdom of Yoga by Stephen Cope. Insightful weaving of the yoga sutras and lives of characters who are challenged with finding clarity through meditation. Very down to earth practical way to understand Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
