Big girl chore chart- printed on an 11x14 and put into a cheapie frame from Wal-Mart that I spray painted. Then just use a dry-erase marker on the glass.

Family coffeetable journal... keep it on the table to write down things the kids say, noteworthy accomplishments they make, quotes that you love, let the kids scribble in. It'll be so special looking back!
