Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies- we have a winner! These are super yummy!!
Sausage and eggs... fast, easy, tasty. I needed to scrounge something up to bring for a potluck breakfast- only had bell pepper and feta and it worked great.
Sugar Crusted Vanilla French Toast- made on Christmas morning. It was yummy!

Maple Baked Oatmeal- really yummy! I don't like mushy oatmeal, so the baked kind is right up my alley. It kind of takes the healthy element of oatmeal away though, since there's all kinds of butter, sugar and syrup. Bummer.

Big soft gingerbread cookies- these were sooo good (my husband doesn't much care for gingerbread and thought they were really good). I added white chocolate chips!

Twice Baked Potato Casserole. Holy cow- these were amazing.
White chicken enchilada recipe. These were pretty good- kind of more like a casserole and a little bland, but hubby and I add lots of Tapatio! Would make them again for a freezer meal, since the kids ate it happily.
Crockpot Baked Potato Soup. This was delicious and couldn't have been easier! I added some bacon & cheddar when I added the cream cheese, too. Topped with green onions- ahh, so good! This one is a keeper!
