Nicole Fierst We put on the barbecue with foil with barbecue sauce and fresh peaches. Especially good with wild Salmon. I can get the exact recipe for you. We eat wild salmon often :)

Nicole Fierst Ok, so you take the salmon and rinse it off, place in foil, mix up favorite barbecue sauce with a little bit of Jack Daniels (optional but yummy) slice fresh peaches and put on top, you can douse these in Jack too if you want, cover and put on barbecue. It is incredible.
