How to Boil an Egg: 1) Put the eggs in pot and cover with water until 1 in. above eggs 3) Put on stove on medium high heat 4) As SOON as that water starts to really boil (not just a few bubble), turn the stove off 5) Set timer for 10 mins 6) Remove eggs from pot and put in cold water 7) Let sit for 5 minutes OR - store in the fridge, but use within a few days as they go bad faster than uncooked eggs.

Homemade chicken nuggets-Tried these and not only are they some of the best chicken nuggets i've had, they cost less than a bag of processed nuggets, and I once cooked up and popped in the freezer I have the same ease as store bought nuggets-very excited about this!! Plus there is a great honey mustard dip at the bottom of the recipe :).

Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili (that's a mouthful!) 2 chicken breasts, still frozen 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can corn kernels, do not drain 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix 1 T cumin 1 t chili powder 1 t onion powder 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese _________ Put the chicken in the crock pot. Top with the corn, drained and rinsed beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powders, stir to combine then top with the cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice to blend in the cheese. Shred the chicken and serve over rice.
