Annie Lynsen Tried this 3/19. Pretty good, but without a food processor, it required a lot of cleanup and dirtied a lot of dishes.

Mary Getz I made this and really enjoyed it - two things I learned that I'll do differently/be more careful about - 1) I'd use a paper towel to sop up some of the liquid after the shrimp and spinach are cooked/wilted (the sauce was a little thin) and 2) be careful to turn down/off the heat before the yogurt or the yogurt will curdle - it still tastes fine just looks a little funky
