Haslina Mohd Salleh Recipe from the website: Recipe on Package 3 eggs, separated 1¾ cups buttermilk 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted ½ tsp. vanilla extract 1¾ cups all-purpose flour 1½ tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt 1/3 cup sugar Preheat pan over medium heat. In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks, then whisk in buttermilk, butter, and vanilla until blended. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add flour mixture to yolk mixture and whisk until smooth. In another bowl whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold one-third of egg whites into batter, then fold in remaining whites. Brush each well of pan with melted butter or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Starting with outer wells first, pour 2 Tbsp. of batter into each one, spreading batter evenly to fill the well. Cook until pancakes are golden brown underneath, 1½ to 2 minutes. Using wooden skewers turn pancakes over. Cook until golden brown underneath, about 2 minutes more. Keep warm in a 200° F oven while cooking remaining batter in batches.
