Just so you have an idea color wise, this is our duvet cover. It is a little darker in person but I love it and think it would be a great color to work around.

here is a whole wall with shelving...I think we could so to something like this on one of the walls. I think keeping the decor on the shelves more simple would be better so it looks more put together

Tami VanHoy There are 2 walls that go the length of the apartment...one with no windows and one with 2. OR...you could do the wall that is beside the fridge cubbie...that would be a great wall to cover with shelving

Tami VanHoy great neutral color that would work with the bright colors of those tiles I really like. You could go an several directions when decorating if the walls were this color

Tami VanHoy absolutely love this color pallet and it could really work to make the apartment feel like a cottage...and still have some 'baby room' colors to play with. From wall colors to bed linens and pillows in chairs and the lounge...this would be a great pallet to work with.
Allie Denton I like these colors but i'm not for sure I would use them in the room...or just use a couple of them, like the orange with a teal or blue
Tami VanHoy I agree...not to use all of the colors, but for a pallet...I like all of them as options. That apartment is so limited in natural light that a few of these colors worked into the linens / decor would give the room the brightness it needs.

Tami VanHoy I like this and i think it would complement the color pallet of tiles you posted...but if you wanted to do the ceiling in the white washed wood, that wouldn't work well with this floor. Something to think about.
