Built flipped, but with two sinks, and tile throughout not carpet.
My builder includes these in the mudrooms :) (not these exact ones, but same idea). I want to dress them up like this in the future.

Opal Hokanson Trudo I'd flip the kitchen to make a dead end kitchen and not have to walk they living area to get to it. Put up wall with window into that area.
Melinda Fowler Hi Amber- I was checking my house progress today and I peeked into yours as well :) I remember that we had talked about not lowering the ceiling in the living room "nook" area. I noticed today that they did lower it in yours. Maybe you had changed your mind, but I thought you might want to know before it's too big of a pain to fix it. Sorry I had to use the comment section, I didn't know how else to reach you :)

Amber Barber Melinda - they can't do it because there are trusses/beams up there that need to rest on it. They tried but not possible :(, it will be okay though :D
