Green Monster Smoothie, created by me: 1 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries & sliced bananas), 4 oz. vanilla or strawberry yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 heaping cups fresh spinach, 1/4 cup milk or water. Blend until smooth. You don't taste the spinach. Tastes like a milkshake! It is great!
