pinned by @Rosamond on PINTASTIC - SOOOOOOO trying this! Vinegar works as a wood stain when you add a metal object and let it sit in a glass container. A handful of pennies will produce a beautiful pale Caribbean blue stain. **Steel wool soaked overnight will give a barnwood gray tint to pine. The longer the steel wool sits and rusts, the redder the stain gets. We did this to new trellises for our garden, and they look like they had always been there.

According to a study by the Wheeling Jesuit University, Jasmine has a positive effect on the quality of sleep one gets, decreasing anxiety and improving the attitude one has after waking up. The smell of Jasmine doesn't make you sleep more, instead it makes your sleep time count for more. I guess you could consider it 'high quality' sleep with less moving and disturbance. In addition, studying while smelling Jasmine increased alertness and performance on cognitive tests.

Beth ~Unskinny Boppy~ From what I can tell, she printed out the photo on vellum with her regular printer, then dipped it in wax several times to get a thick coating. Seems simple enough!

Prepare pancake mix as stated on the box. Then pour all the batter into a large ziploc bag and freeze! Once you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer to thaw, snip off a corner of the bag, and you have quick & mess free pancake mix! It's a great way to use up a few cups of milk before it expires!
