Cool idea for a banquette: basic upper cabinets, raised on a two-by-four base, framed out, and topped with plywood. Paint it, put the doors on, and add some cushions, and you're set!

Neia Gwaltney Are you getting the storage bins that the washer & dryer sit on? I did and I'm glad because it makes it higher. Not so much bending over and good storage space. Just my FYI.
