Laura Dozier 1 16 oz. box dried pasta 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 26 oz. jar sauce (or you can make my favorite simple sauce recipe) Favorite pizza toppings (meat, veggies, seasonings, etc.) 1-2 c. Italian or Mozzarella cheese Additional meat/veggies for the top (optional) Directions In a large stock pot, boil pasta according to the directions on the box Once the pasta is finished boiling, drain… but do NOT rinse Add egg and milk to the pasta (in the stock pot), stir until combined Mix in pasta sauce and any pizza toppings (sautéed peppers/onions, veggies, meats, spices, etc.) Dump pasta mixture into several GREASED baking dishes Top with Mozzarella cheese and then with additional meat (peperoni, ham, sausage, bacon) Cover and freeze — or bake at 350*F for 20 minutes
