How did I not know about this tool? I must get one before I do this year's Week in the Life at the end of this month...

Manfrotto 804RC2 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head with RC2 Quick Release & 200PL-14 QR Plate - $70.09 - This is the head I'm looking at getting with my tripod when I make that investment later this year.

Manfrotto 055XPROB Aluminum Tripod Legs $146.95 - A tripod is my next investment (can you believe I've been shooting hand-held this whole time?) and I'm eyeballing this one here.

Gary Fong Lightsphere Universal Basic Kit $83.90 - Now I have "Tupperware" for my second speedlight, too, LOL! Absolutely love the effect from the amber cup, but I'm not yet certain of the chrome one. Need more playtime...

Impact Digital Flash Umbrella Mount Kit $98.95 An inexpensive way to get started with light stands and umbrellas for my speedlights... I've been really happy so far - especially for the price!

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3. My processing tool of choice. $299 or $99 for upgrade.
The Lowepro Pro Roller x200 ... not so much in my camera kit as it IS my camera kit. I love that its prop foot and telescoping handle with threaded tripod mount make it a working mobile studio! $449.99

My secondary camera body - which was my first D-SLR - is a Nikon D200. I have no complaints, other than the fact that it's slow to shoot in continuous mode. So it makes a great backup option for a two-camera shoot.

And if I decide I've gotta use both camera bodies, wham! I'm covered with the RS DR-1 Double Strap. Brilliant!

RS-5 Strap - I cannot use my camera without these ingenious straps. Absolutely cannot.
Manfrotto 1052BAC Alu Air Cushioned Compact Stand, Black - 7.75' - $67.90 - I bought it thinking I'd be using the flash on a stand for studio-type shooting. Haven't done much of that ... but I might want that to change. Handy to have, anwyay.

I use my spring clamp for EVERYTHING. Amazing how many places I can find on-site to attach my flash. Manfrotto 175F Justin Spring Clamp with Flash Shoe - $46.95

They say, "You have Tupperware for your flash!" I say, "It's cheap, and it's the best lighting modifier I've seen." So what if it looks like a collapsible salad bowl. IT WORKS. Love my Gary Fong Lightspere.

I'm not using nearly half the functions of this puppy here. I'm just beginning to explore off-camera flash ... and I want a second one. :)

A nice, fun, inexpensive, wonderfully yummy prime lens that produces awesome images. Can not do without it. Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D Autofocus.

When my pro baby needs a break, this is my "walking around" lens. It's pretty good, don't get me wrong, but the 70-200 focuses so fast and smooth, it's ruined me for everything else. Nikor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II Zoom lens.

My very best lens EVER. Of course I'd say that about my first pro-level lens. (But I really truly do adore it. Oh, the bokeh.....!) Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G ED Autofocus
