Preheat oven to 350; smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each well. Place Reese cup upside down on top of cookie dough (or an Oreo!). Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes! HEAVEN.

To make brownie bites with caramel center start by freezing 24 rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box, or if your up for it, make some from scratch. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert 2/3 of the way full with batter. Place a frozen rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350 for 10-15minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Enjoy!!

Healthy cookie: No butter, no sugar, no eggs, no flour. I replaced the oil with applesauce so no oil either. These turned out really well and wil make a great breakfast "cookie"....hmmm will have to try this!
