Maria Rendell exercises can't really target specific areas to reduce fat though really. You can gain muscle in an area but fat will come off all over as a result of exercising.

Heidi Bennett Leg presses, leg extension, leg curls, seated/isolated bicep curls, and weight machine squats (with barbell). According to the video, these increase risk of injury because they don't balance complementary muscle groups.

Holly Prange Ok, first of all, the instant you see the caption at the bottom stating "weight loss is easy", warning flags should be popping up and the little hairs should be standing up on the back of your neck... weight loss is NOT easy, but it is simple~ burn more than you take in and stay away from "artificial" everything! Don't fall for this advertising gimick that is preying on the desperation of those who wish to lose weight. The goal should be healthful choices and the weight loss is a side effect of our body getting what it needs.

Daniela La Brasca Norton anytime I've done exercises with my thighs, they end up looking bigger. You almost have to get your legs so skinny first and then do the leg exercises. But, that's just me.

Nicole Gates Well two jobs and studying part time is hard, but so is having a job, kids to run around to places, a house to keep up, and meals to prepare and clean up after. I had more time when I was working two jobs and didn't have kids than I have now. It is possible to exercise, but the time does have to be budgeted in, and to suggest it's only a tiny percentage of your time is ridiculous. If you have two hours of time you can actually budget with, it's half your time. Still possible, but it takes planning.
Kasey Navarro I agree Nicole. Before kids, when working and going to school, I had A LOT more time. Now between work, kids, husband, house etc. it's a lot more difficult. Not impossible, just more difficult. You have to give up some of your precious personal internet surfing, reading, tv, or whatever your pleasure to get it in. Doable, just a lot harder on the will power.

Cristen Olsen WOW! A Lot of emotions! Well I have always been in decent shape and always large breasts and always armpit fat. If you have the means to pay for surgery to cure the issue go for it! But TRY the necessary exercise and diet first especially if under 25 years.

Lauren Urick Hibbard you've never heard someone say "sweating like a pig"? it's an expression. why try to analyze it so much. here's the imfo i found on why the term 'seating like a pig' came to be : "Sweating like a Pig" to denote sweating profusely. This sounds illogical, as pigs have ineffective sweat glands, but the term is derived from the iron smelting process. After pouring into runners in sand, it is allowed to cool and is seen as resembling a sow and piglets, hence "pig iron". As the pigs cool, the surrounding air reaches its dew point, and beads of moisture form on the surface of the pigs. "Sweating like a pig" indicates that the pig has cooled enough to be moved in safety.
