Home-brewed Hair Rinse- "Here’s my favorite rinse for smooth, shiny locks. Boil 3 cups of water and steep your favorite herbs (rosemary brings luster to dark hair, chamomile for blond highlights). Strain herbal floaties with cheesecloth. Mix herbal water with 1 cup cider vinegar and put it in a spray bottle. After you shampoo, spray on the rinse, comb through, and rinse thoroughly.
