i freshened up a few hardcover books with new jackets made from handmade/patterned papers, then hand lettered the labels. easiest paper project ever! and it made me feel like a 7th grader again...

colorful upcycling fun! i don't like working on canvas (it expects too much), so i dismantled a bunch of grocery bags, pieced them together with masking tape, secured the surface to the deck, tackled it with acrylics and my kids, then hung it in the stairwell with jumbo metal clips. inspired by connie's (dirty footprints) fab workshop abstract adventures. artsyville.
