Kiss Stickers - Staples (and probably other office supply stores) sells stickers that fit Kisses perfectly, and there's a free template you can download so you can print your own messages/designs.

Glow-in-the-dark paint on jars. Not sure what I'd use it for, but I like it.

All you need is a butterfly punch, paper, ribbon and a wire or foam circle.
Tape the balloon strings at various heights on the wall for a great backdrop.
