The mom picked a scripture for each child that she prayed over them for an entire year. She traced their hand, wrote the scripture on it, laminated it, and placed it in her Bible. I am SO doing this!

Jacob especially likes to make the bottom bunk into a fort. I could do this..., just not pink!

We could definitely use something like this ultimate Lego storage idea!

This is so cool! You send in your child's drawing, and she makes it into a stuffed animal-type toy. Jacob once drew a great picture of Johnny Depp's "Mad Hatter"...

Great tips for kids' lunches! I know my boys are tired of the same old PB&J or ham sandwich every day. :oP

We're having problems in this area. Maybe I need to print this out and hang it on their bedroom wall...

"I lift things up and put them down." And then the boys go around saying this repeatedly...
Use a Sharpie to keep track of your child's completed doses of medicine right on the bottle.

Scan your kids' artwork into a book so you don't have to keep 1,000 pieces of paper forever. We have a scanner. Now I feel bad for throwing things away already. (Bad mom, I know, but I don't have room for all of it - or the patience to keep it lying around somewhere. Now I know...)

Great idea: Start a savings shadow box with a picture of what you're saving for.

Love this instead of arbitrarily giving kids an allowance. The kids can pick what they want to do and earn as much money as they choose - Dave Ramsey talks about this...very cool!

The boys are going to love seeing these old Lego instructions - going all the way back to 1966!

This kid's card holder is a great idea - especially for those card games where you have to hold LOTS of cards. (UNO comes to mind...)

The boys would probably love to make some rock candy, but do they really need all that sugar...?
This looks so cool! Trace the hand in pencil. With a marker, draw a straight line until you get to the hand. Make a curve from one line to the next; then continue the straight line. This is right up Jacob's alley!

Ashley Todd Unfortunately this links to someones "shout out" of an Etsy item ($12 for 10 buttons) that I'm not willing to buy. (You have to click her link to get to the Etsy page.) I can make my own with a format that works better for me. Still, the idea is great! I'm running with it!
