Truebluemeandyou .Tumblr.com This is originally from a party site and no directions were ever formally given. The ones I've seen have been taped to the ceiling - but this causes other problems - like damaging the ceiling.
Nicole Alexander I would say a huge painting, clear tarp, tape it to that then with fishing line hang to ceiling leaving space for lights and such so you don't damage or pop anything. These look like they are hung with fishing line individually but this would take forever.
