Pool-side dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!

Strawberry & Rhubarb Jam from Food.com: One of my favorite combinations - strawberry and rhubarb! This recipe makes six 8oz jars (maybe a little more) and is incredibly delicious. Low in sugar (like the rest of my jam recipes) and I use 5 to 6 tsp pectin. Rhubarb is a short season (April-July) so get cooking - don't let it pass you by! Enjoy.

This could get addicting: Marshmallow popcorn! 3 bags popcorn (pop and take out extra kernels) 2 sticks of butter 16 oz bag of marshmallows 1 cup brown sugar Microwave butter, marshmallows, and brown sugar for 2 1/2 min. Take out and stir. Microwave again for 1 min. Repeat until thin sauce. When done pour over popcorn and mix.
