Evonne Reynolds These turned out yummy. I couldn't find the peppermint marshmallows at the local grocery so I bought regular and added 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract along with some GREEN food coloring. I also added some peppermint extract (about 1/8 teaspoon) to the chocolate I drizzled on top.
