best tofu method - Spread the tofu out in one layer in the pan. Using a spatula, press the tofu. The liquid will squeeze out and boil away, and the tofu will begin to turn golden. The more water that evaporates, the sturdier the tofu will be, so be gentle at first to prevent the tofu from breaking up. After several minutes, flip the tofu over and press the other side. After about 10 minutes of dry frying, you can turn off the heat and set the tofu aside for finishing later, or proceed to addi...

Edible Glitter!! 1 Measure salt or sugar into a clear jar with a tight fitting lid. Add food coloring one drop at a time and screw the cap on tightly. SHAKE to combine. Repeat until desired color is reached. 2 Sprinkle, dip or shake onto whatever you like. I like to put this in a clear salt shaker for easy shaking or pour some into a saucer and dip the wet rim of an empty glass in it to make the glass pretty! 3 Tip: This will keep for a very long time. This stays drier and stores wonderfully as is but even better if you spread colored salt/sugar in a thin layer to air dry for about an hour or microwave in 30 second intervals, stir and repeat for about 1-2 minutes or until moisture is evaporated. You can also add a few grains of rice to absorb any moisture. OR Baking Pan Tin Foil 1/4 cup of salt 1/2 teaspoon of food coloring Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Directions: Mix 1/4 cup of salt with a 1/2 teaspoon of food coloring in a small bowl until the salt is uniformly colored. Spread the mixture out in an even layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for ten minutes. Allow your homemade glitter to cool before using it.

Texas Road House Cinnamon Butter: 2 sticks of butter at room temp 1 cup of powdered sugar 1 cup of honey 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon I used the whisk attachment for my mixer and whipped the butter (make sure it’s soft and room temp). I added to it the powdered sugar, then the honey, then the cinnamon. Whip it good. Then spoon it into your little 4 oz jars. The measurements above yielded 6 small jars.
