Andrea made this for lunch on 3.10.12. *first of all its not a crockpot meal. it's a stove top meal and it's pretty much mac & cheese with ranch seasons with bacon and chicken. it was OK. i would add more cheese next time.

Brillant: freezer egg McMuffin sandwiches for busy mornings: Lightly grease muffin tins + crack one egg in each well. Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Assemble: whole wheat English muffins + egg + cheese + Canadian bacon/ham/sausage, wrap and freeze. *making these tonight for breakfast the rest of this week. YUM

Andrea this was good! i would call it "sour cream enchilada" i also would add TONS of chicken and i added a can of Rotel to give it some heat- it was YUMMY!
