Kris Rivers Jo, I been able to do them pretty easily if I keep the sock bun in overnight. You have to make sure your hair is dry though, or the curls won't stay. I have pretty kinky curls naturally, so I straighten my hair before putting it up in the bun to get ringlets. But that's all too much effort for me, plus I like the way my hair comes out without straightening it first. Long answer to a short request hahah.
