Lisa Brady I would add #19 diet plan foods. You don't learn how to sustain a weight loss using prepackaged diet foods which are terribly expensive. I have had more than one person tell me if they had known now little food they would receive they could have done it on their own through portion control and saved hundreds of dollars.
