We've all seen grass centerpieces before, but I think the centerpiece on the right is pretty unusual and awfully cute.

I love terrariums! I think they'd make really cool centerpieces. There's a tutorial on the site.

Wow! A stunning presentation of crudites AND a centerpiece (at least while it lasts) AND a great conversation piece. There's a tutorial for hollowing out the cabbage on the site.

No more hunting around for a spare vase in the house. Use food cans!

Oranges, gerbera daisies and a bit of moss from the craft store. Beautiful. I'm also imagining lemons and daisies, limes and peonies...

Great idea for parties in the fall and winter! And by the way, you can buy a special tool for hollowing out tea light holes in fruit and veggies. Who knew?

Here's a clever idea to transform plain glass vases into fall party decorations. Just wrap the vases with a "belt" of fabric in pretty autumn tones. Easy!

So beautiful! Time consuming to hang them all over your tree branches, but beautiful.

Mason jars are the best! The rope adds a nice bit of texture to this centerpiece.

Cute idea! I'm guessing this was made using the hurricane from a torch. Instead of a large pillar candle, just fill with water, pop in some flowers (yes, you can use real), top with a floating votive...et voila! Great look for a garden theme party.

Love incorporating fresh fruit into a centerpiece. This would make a great centerpiece for an Italian themed party.

A simple centerpiece is often the most elegant (okay, just my opinion...but I'm right). A little lilac, a bucket and a raffia bow.

Great vibrant colors for a spring garden party. Such a simple centerpiece to put together and so beautiful. You could send home the flowers in their little jars as party favors too.

Jill - Birthday Party Babble Hi Maria, if you do a search on etsy.com for mason jars (look for small/mini ones if you like the size of these in the photo), you should be able to find plenty to buy. -Jill
A bowl of perfect eggs...surprisingly elegant (and cheap).
