How great an idea is this? These "pie" toppers are made from sugar cookie dough that was formed into a lattice and then cut into circles. I'm imagining them sitting on top of mugs of hot cider or hot chocolate. Gotta enjoy the last breaths of winter, right?

I'm a sucker for a good margarita. Freshly squeezed lime juice, good tequila and Grand Marnier. It just doesn't get any better than that. The pink margarita in the background is made with pomegranate liqueur.
