Dot Van Deest Lori, I am enjoying your lovely work via Pinterest. I am 84 years old and can remember my mama teaching me to embroider and giving me a cedar chest for my Hope Chest. She ironed on these very same "days of the week" to tea towels she had made, and I embroidered them and used them when I was married. What a memory. I belong to a quilt guild here in Memphis and have quilted for a long time, taking over my mother's stash. Making quilts is one of my fave things to do. Thanks for sharing. Dot
