Buffalo Chicken Dip: made this for the superbowl and it was great! Here are a few changes: I cooked 4 thin chicken breasts in a pan with the hot sauce, salt, pepper and cayenne and then shredded. I used 1/3 fat cream cheese and used probably closer to a cup or more of Fred's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. It also took closer to 25-30 minute to heat since I had prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Prosciutto Asparagus Spirals Serves: 30 Easy to prepare, but oh so elegant...these tempting appetizers feature asparagus spears individually wrapped with prosciutto, garlic & herb cheese and flaky puff pastry. ingredients 1 pkg. (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed 6 tbsp. garlic & herb spreadable cheese, softened 8 slices prosciutto or thinly sliced deli ham 30 medium asparagus spears, trimmed directions Heat the oven to 400°F. Unfold the pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese on each pastry sheet. Top each with 4 slices prosciutto. Cut each into 15 strips crosswise, making 30 in all. Tightly wrap 1 pastry strip around each asparagus spear, prosciutto-side in. Place the pastries seam-side down onto 2 baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.

Baked Brie with caramelized onions! Saute chopped onion in butter for 15 minutes then sprinkle with brown sugar to caramelize (see this page for more detailed instructions). Place cheese wheel on top of pastry then top with onions, roasted garlic. Pull up pastry on all sides and fold over cheese. Pinch seams closed then brush with melted butter or an egg wash. Bake until pastry is golden brown.
