Soda Pop Ice Cream: easy and affordable! You basically just choose your favorite soda (2 liters), add a 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk (could be fat free), throw it in an ice cream maker, turn it on and 30 minutes later you have a creamy blend of deliciousness. The variations are endless, like Sunkist for a dreamsicle taste or Rootbeer float. This is seriously fool proof.

Genius! ------1-2-3 Cake. I LOVE this idea!!! You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream whipped cream or whatever. :):):) Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now without making an entire cake!!

Caramel Apple Dip 2 – 8oz packages cream cheese (softened) 2 cups confectioner’s sugar 3 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 tub of Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip Mini chocolate chips Blend together cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Layer in a rectangular dish. Top with caramel and then sprinkle with mini chips. APPLES: Soak in pineapple juice (could be as little as an hour, overnight, etc.) Drain and serve with dip!
