Meat pies made with mozzerella and pizza dough, to be served with tomato sauce on the side. I will make these with mushrooms sauteed with onions and fennel seeds instead of meat - can't wait. Also, there's a loose recipe for pizza dough/pita bread at the end - maybe those pitas will actually puff!

Some of these recipes looks a bit fussy, but all look yummy. And my everyday slosh of lemon juice + olive oil + smashed garlic clove + drizzle of honey could REALLY use a break.

Jessica Hogan Haha, love the description. I love taking pics of my master pieces. How did your presentation come out? Can't wait to try this.
Ashley Hart Oh, mine looked just terrible, because I didn't let it sear for long enough for the crust to get golden before I flipped it, so I ended up flipping it several times, and then it sort of fell apart. Whoops. :)
Jessica Hogan Lol,bet it still tasted great though! First tries can sometimes be flops, trust me I know, lol. :)
Sarah W. Caron Ashley, you are so right! This is on my short list for photos to retake. Thanks for pinning (and for trying it!).
Ashley Hart Oh my goodness, Sarah - I should really watch what I say in public! I am so sorry for maligning your photo. That will teach me to mind my tongue! But the recipe is fantastic, and easy enough for a fish-cooking novice like me. So thank you for writing it!
