I would love to have some type of miniature version of a printing press... like this little Letterpress Machine. But like I need another hobby and all of the equipment to go with it! :o)
Interchangeable WOODEN circular knitting needles from KnitPicks.com. I have a metal set like this, but wood is SO much easier on your hands... these are gorgeous.

C.G. Koens My double points are from Knit Picks and no only are they easy on the hands, they are really beautiful as well - love all the colors! If I knit more, I would invest in this set (right, @Kelly Pinyard-Bowron?)
