Slip-proof your rug: To give an area rug some traction, flip it over, and apply lines of acrylic-latex caulk every 6 inches or so. Once dry, you can safely put down your rug; the rubbery strips will hold it in place...via Martha.

Tina Stephens If you go to the Elmer's glue site it says to use the Wood glue/Carpenter's glue. I used that as well as the Elmer's Glue-All and it worked just as well with both.
