Curried Dahl (red lentils) 4 cloves garlic, minced 2T olive oil 4t curry powder (salt-free variety) 2t ground cumin 28oz can tomato sauce 1T Better than Bouillon, Vegetable variety 1 cup dried red lentils 2.5C water 1 large onion, diced 1 large tomato, seeded & chopped half of a lemon, juiced Directions Lightly brown garlic in olive oil. Add curry powder and cumin, cooking until fragrant. Add tomato sauce and bouillon, simmering for about 5 minutes. Add lentils, water, and onions. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until done.
