Kim McCoy I just did this...it was truly both disgusting and intriguing at the same time…Mine didn't even look all that dirty…but BOY was I wrong….it helps to skim the dirty oil off the top of the boiling water with a paper towel or you may have to change the water ….mine will be so clean and have so much more drawing power now…. I'll have to be careful that it doesn't suck the hair off my head the next time I turn it on…
