WEEKLY FOOD TRACKING [ REFERENCE GUIDE ] ---- For 'tracking' food measurements or Points® or however you chose to track your food, I hated all the excess 'stuff' on other charts. I set this up because, while our food varies somewhat day-to-day, there ARE many things we repeat. So write the name and the 'value' of that food and refer to this throughout your week. Simple. Done! ---- I had very successfully done the WW points and and became frustrated with their new system. So I designed this and am going back to the old [regular] Points®-tracking. I just needed a good chart. So I made this one. Good luck! :)

I set this up in a calendar view so you can see day-to-day beside eachother. Total goal or points in the bottom left circle, daily ones in the other circles. Dates at the top. Start whichever day of the week you want. I had very successfully done the WW points and and became frustrated with their new system.
