The secret to awesome oven fries is presoaking them in salted water, which makes the potatoes release a bunch of their moisture before cooking. This ensures they will crisp up without having to risk burning them.

Grilled Bruschetta Chicken - REVIEW: I didn't grill it, but baked it for 20 mins in my convection oven at 400. I also used dried basil, not fresh. I put a bit of grated parmesan on top when it came out of the oven. This is very good. Easy and quick, too. I'll be making this again. =)
