Unfortunately named "Irish Car Bomb" cupcakes (pinterest.com/pin/). Really yummy, *except*... I don't really like buttercream, so I will make Bailey's whipped cream frosting next time. (Oh, yes. There will be a next time!)

Katharine Herrman I changed it a teeny bit - 10 eggs and 2.5 cups of milk, 28 oz bag of O'Brien potatoes (peppers and onions already in there) and 2 bags of pre-cooked real bacon crumbles. SOOOOO yummy!
