Not Paris . . . Rue Verrerie, Dijon, France . . . but I will be there this summer.
It's a shame La Tour d'Argent in Paris has fallen out of favor in Michelin's eyes. I've was there once about thirty years ago and I still remember what I ate and the unmatched view of Notre Dame.

Le Bistrot Paul Bert . . . had dinner here four years ago and will certainly be going back this summer.
View from La Tour d'Argent . . . went there 30 years ago and I can still remember what I had (quenelles and caneton Marco Polo)
