I'm sold!!! :) 2 ingredient lemon bars..box of angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling... Mix them together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish (Which I guess technically makes this a 3-ingredient recipe).

Homemade Peanut Butter in 5 minutes. This is a great and fun recipe. You can control the salt, sweetness and make crunchy or smooth. Alton gets a little wordy with this recipe, he's a smart guy and goes way too far into specifics so don't pay attention to the notes. Make sure you use plain roasted peanuts, rather than dry-roasted peanuts, which are seasoned with paprika, garlic, and onion powder. Add the oil slowly you may not want it all depending on the smoothness you want.
