Great food ideas for 72 hr kids! My kids are little (6 years of age and under). I decided to make my 72 Hour kits as if each member of my family were separated. So, I decided to opt out of canned goods which need can openers. Choose from these items that you think your family would actually eat. All of these items listed are shelf stable, don't require cooking and can be opened/made by a toddler.
